How do I order?

How long does a cartridge last?
Each cartridge purifies approximately 350 liters of water, depending on the quality of the water source. This is equivalent to around 20 5 gallon containers.
For a family of four, this may last around 2-3 months. If only one person is using the filter, one cartridge can last 5-6 months.
If each 5 gallon container costs P30-P35, this means that you have been spending P600-P700 for drinking water. You will be spending the same amount with a Alka+ Cartridge or the 3-pack Standard Filter Cartridge. But by filtering your water at home, you will be assured of the quality of the water as well as eliminate the need to carry huge 5-gallon containers every so often.
What is the difference between the Standard and Alka+ cartridge?
The Standard Cartridge removes chlorine and iron (kalawang) and provides you with the equivalent of filtered water.
The Alka+ Cartridge kills bacteria and provides you the equivalent of purified alkaline water. The Alka+ Cartridge can also purify water from other fresh water sources such as deep well, rainwater, and river water. The Ultra Alka+ is recommended for seniors, children, and those who are sick, or those who travel often.
Why are the Optilight Pitcher Filters more expensive than the regular Pitcher Filters?
Our Optilight Pitcher Filters (Smart, Fit, Prime pitcher models) are equipped with LED indicators on the lid that can tell the user when it’s time to change the filter cartridge. It flashes green when the filter cartridge is fresh, then yellow when it’s about to be replaced, and red when it’s time to change it.
The other pitcher filters don’t have LED indicators, and you will have to estimate the months or use for each cartridge. Each filter cartridge normally lasts 3-4 months in a household of 4, and 5-6 months for a household of 1. If it takes more than 20 minutes to the water to pass through the filter cartridge, it’s time to change the cartridge.
What’s inside the BARRIER Standard Filter Cartridge?
Each cartridge is filled with a mixture of two types of charcoal: coconut and activated charcoal.

Coconut charcoal cleanses water from mechanical particles - iron, sand, that fall into the water from old pipes.

Activated charcoal deodorizes water, removing unpleasant odors and cleanses it from active chlorine, chlororganics and other inorganic impurities.

Then the different types of iono-exchange resin and fiber remove heavy metals, reduce hardness or dose useful magnesium and zinc into water.
This way, you can be sure you are drinking clean, fresh, and good-tasting water!
